Inhibitors
Tadalafil (Cialis): This medication belongs to a class of drugs known as phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitors. It works by relaxing the muscles in the penis and increasing blood flow. Cialis is also used to treat men with enlarged prostates or impotence.
Duloxetine (Adriamycin): This medication may also be used to treat premature ejaculation.
Penis stimulation medications (e.g., Vpersems): These medications work by targeting the enzyme phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5), which is responsible for breaking down cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP). When cGMP is responsible for maintaining an erection, it breaks it down, causing a release of nitric oxide. This causes the smooth muscles in the penis to relax and produce cGMP, which activates the enzyme phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5).
Tadalafil may also be used for purposes other than those listed in these guidelines.

A New York City police officer is charged with charges after he allegedly admitted using counterfeit drugs and methamphetamine to gain his customers' trust.
The arrest comes after police found more than two dozen Viagra-like pills, C-Tadalafil tablets, and fake pills he purchased from the same address in Brooklyn, N. Y. The counterfeit drugs and the fake pills were found in a carton of the counterfeit C-Tadalafil tablets.
The New York City Police Department said investigators believe someone bought the counterfeit pills through an internet connection. Investigators also found a list of the names and addresses of the customers who were buying the counterfeit drugs and the name of the person who would be the purchaser.
The officers seized a carton of the counterfeit C-Tadalafil tablets, which was later tested by the U. S. Food and Drug Administration, and a bottle of C-Tadalafil tablets that was later seized by New York City Police Department investigators.
The C-Tadalafil tablets and the bottle of C-Tadalafil tablets were both used to buy the counterfeit Viagra. In one of the C-Tadalafil pills, officers found the packaging for Viagra.
According to the complaint, the prescription drug C-Tadalafil was prescribed to treat erectile dysfunction in men. The counterfeit prescription C-Tadalafil was sold by C-Tadalafil as “Viagra,” “Cialis,” and other brand names.
Police seized more than $10,000 in cash from the carton of C-Tadalafil tablets and another bottle of C-Tadalafil tablets, which was later recovered.

Investigators found more than a dozen other counterfeit drugs and other prescription drugs, including five fake C-Tadalafil tablets, a C-Tadalafil tablet, and another bottle of C-Tadalafil tablets.
According to the complaint, the counterfeit C-Tadalafil pills were used to “carry the drug,” “to deliver the medication to the patient’s body for use,” and to buy the prescription drugs “to treat erectile dysfunction.”
The C-Tadalafil tablets were also sold by the customer’s bank account to “a bank employee,” who then used that bank account to pay for the pills, as well as to “make the purchaser feel safe and secure,” according to the complaint.
The prescription drugs were to be taken by a person at the bank and at the pharmacy to help a customer with erectile dysfunction. Investigators found that the prescriptions were for Viagra, Cialis, and other brand names, and were not counterfeit. In addition, the pills were not used to treat erectile dysfunction. Investigators also found the C-Tadalafil tablets were used to treat erectile dysfunction.
The counterfeit C-Tadalafil pills were found in a carton of the prescription drugs, which was later opened.
